Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.
  • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email so you can track your parcel.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Noor Aura is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos of the parcel and products.
